Shipping policy

Order processing times:

The processing time for our name blocks is 5-7 business days. Name blocks are cut, painted, engraved, and sanded in batches, entirely by us.

If you wish to order on or near a public holiday, please factor this into consideration for extended delivery and processing times.

If you need your name blocks delivered by a certain date, please contact us before ordering.

We send a completed photo of each name blocks order so the customer can see their item after it is made.

Shipping within Australia:

All orders are sent from Adelaide, SA via AusPost with tracking included.

Shipping costs:

Standard delivery flat rate $10

Express delivery flat rate $18

Please Note: Express shipping does not reduce the manufacturing time or prioritise your order. It does however improve delivery times, particularly to Western Australia and Queensland.

Local pick up:

Sorry, we do not offer local pick up at this time.

International shipping:

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping outside of Australia through our website at this time.

If you are in a country other than Australia (for example New Zealand) and are interested in ordering, please contact us for a shipping quote as we may be able to accommodate this.
